Terms of Service for Auto Parts B2B Trade

These Terms of Service apply to every visitor of this website and to every business buyer who sends an inquiry, receives a quotation, requests samples or places an order with Jinan Yoker Auto Parts, Jinan, Shandong, China.

• Product scope: brake discs and drums, wheel rims and hubs, cooling radiators, air conditioning condensers, electronic fans and accessories.
• Buyer scope: auto parts distributors and wholesalers, repair workshops, fleet operators, OE supply-chain manufacturers, wheel brands and aftermarket importers.
• Where a signed contract or proforma invoice contains terms that differ from these Terms, the signed document prevails for that order.

Product information on this website, including OE references, PCD/ET/CB values and images, is provided for selection reference. Binding specifications are those confirmed in writing for each order.

A quotation becomes binding only when issued in writing by Jinan Yoker Auto Parts; verbal, chat or website price references are indicative until confirmed in a written quotation, proforma invoice or contract.

2.1 Quotations

• Quotations are based on the vehicle model, OE number, specification and quantity supplied by the buyer.
• Each quotation states its validity period, trade term and packaging; changes to quantity, specification or branding may require a revised quotation.
• Buyers who leave contact details can expect a factory-direct quotation within 24 hours.

2.2 Free Samples

• Free samples are provided within the model range, quantity and shipping arrangement confirmed by both parties in writing.
• Samples are intended for fitment and quality verification. Approval of a sample establishes the reference standard for the subsequent bulk order.

An order is confirmed when both parties accept a proforma invoice or contract stating models, OE numbers or specifications, quantities, price, branding, packaging and delivery terms.

• The first-order discount applies to new buyers only and is subject to the conditions attached to the offer and stated in the proforma invoice.
• The discount cannot be combined with other promotions unless agreed in writing.
• MOQ varies by category and model: radiator MOQ is negotiable and some wheel models carry an MOQ of 80 pieces.
• Changes or cancellations after confirmation require written agreement and may affect price and delivery date, especially for customized wheels or OEM-branded goods already in production.

Payment, delivery and transfer of risk follow the terms stated in the confirmed proforma invoice or contract for each order.

Customs documents supplied with shipments include origin information (China) and the applicable HS code, for example 8415909000 for A/C condensers.

Cooling radiators carry a 12-month warranty; warranty terms for brake discs and drums, wheels, condensers and other categories are as stated in each order. All goods pass full-process inspection under a quality traceability system before shipment.

Claim procedure

1. 1Inspect goods on arrival and report visible damage or quantity shortages promptly, within the period stated in the order.
2. 2Submit a written claim with order number, model or OE number, batch details, photos or video and a description of the defect.
3. 3Jinan Yoker Auto Parts reviews the claim against traceability records and may request the part or further evidence.
4. 4Confirmed defects are resolved by replacement, credit on the next order or refund, as agreed.

Warranty excludes damage from incorrect installation, misuse, accidents, modification, normal wear of friction surfaces, or use outside the vehicle application confirmed in the order.

Buyers may order condensers under the RCAP trademark or under their own OEM brand; each party is responsible for the rights to the marks it supplies or authorizes.

• RCAP: goods supplied under RCAP may be resold under that mark. Use of RCAP on other goods, packaging or marketing requires written permission.
• OEM branding: the buyer warrants that it owns or is licensed to use any logo, trademark or design it requests, and indemnifies Jinan Yoker Auto Parts against third-party claims arising from that use.
• Vehicle brands and OE numbers such as Toyota, Mercedes-Benz or Volvo are used for fitment reference only and do not imply affiliation.
• Website content, product photos and custom designs developed by Jinan Yoker Auto Parts remain its property unless transferred in writing.

To the extent permitted by law, the total liability of Jinan Yoker Auto Parts for any order is limited to the value of the goods concerned in that order.

• Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit, downtime or labor costs, unless required by applicable law.
• Brake system and wheel parts must be installed by qualified technicians following vehicle manufacturer procedures.
• Neither party is liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, epidemics, war, government action, port congestion, carrier disruption or power shortages. The affected party must notify the other promptly, and delivery dates are extended accordingly.

Unless the confirmed contract specifies otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, and disputes are first settled through good-faith negotiation.

• If negotiation fails, the dispute is submitted to the competent court or arbitration body named in the contract.
• Jinan Yoker Auto Parts may update these Terms; the version in effect when an order is confirmed applies to that order.
• If any clause is found invalid, the remaining clauses stay in force.
